The Congleton Partnership is a community based, volunteer organisation, which draws on and utilises the skills and expertise of local residents and organisations in Congleton.
Congleton Partnership’s vision is to make Congleton a vibrant, happy, healthy, sustainable town where people want to live, visit, work, rest and play.
The Partnership is governed by an Executive Committee, the majority of which are residents but also includes representatives of statutory bodies and an administrator. The Partnership is an umbrella organisation comprising of a broad range of groups including Sustainability, Youth Forum, Projects & Finance, Congleton Creative, Senior Forum and Dementia Friends.
Since its inception in August 2008 The Partnership has had an outstanding record of project delivery ( Town Signage, Cycleways & Footpaths, Youth & Schools Projects, Art Skills Workshops, Sustainable Living In Congleton course ‘SLIC’) with some of its projects (Congleton Apple Juice, Beartown Branding and Bearmania in 2011) winning national and regional awards.
We believe TEAM stands for ‘Together Everyone Achieves More.’ Our team vision is to make Congleton a vibrant, happy, healthy, prosperous, sustainable town where people want to visit, stay, live, work, rest and play.

The Town Partnership Forum is delighted to announce yet another example of working together by the Town Partnerships to establish a new circular walking trail connecting the towns of Alsager, Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Middlewich and Sandbach, to be known as the ‘South Cheshire Market Towns Trail’.
